The Family Homes Performance Guarantee

Family Homes is a team of committed people who will build your home according to the Contract Plans.  They can be amended by written variations which need to be agreed to by both the Owners & the Builder, so that there is no miss-communication.

We will finish yourhome on the day promised.  Please refer to Schedule 1(12).  This is subject to an extension for items beyond our control, which you can see in Clause 9.1 of your Agreement.

We make a commitment to pay you $50 for every working day that the project runs overtime.

Your home will be completed for the quoted price.  There are no hidden costs or surprises.  However, this does not include Variations or Provisional Allowance adjustments, which are clearly stated.

We will have weekly meetings with you on site to ensure that you are informed of progress, and to answer questions as well as address any concerns you may have about your project.  Please don't hesitate to ask questions or voice concerns.  The only way we know if you are pleased or displeased with your project is if you tell us.  Our commitment is communication, honesty and trust.
