With 2 teenage boys in the house, there just wasn't enough room in this 1960's home.
A new second storey addition added 3 more bedrooms as well as an Ensuite and bathroom.
This enabled some of the existing bedrooms downstairs to be utilized as additional living areas.
The addition complements the style of the house perfectly, and the extended roofline over the front porch has greatly enhanced the look and character of it.
Jon & Patricia love their new home, and plan to stay there "until we retire – maybe longer".
